    Finally, a counter that works!

    I used to lose track of my Kegels all the time. The smart screen is a game changer. Its very lightweight but feels high quality.

    Better than the gym machines

    I hate the inner thigh machine at the gym because everyone watches. This lets me do the exact same workout in my pajamas. The padding is soft and doesnt pinch my skin.

    Highly effective for pelvic health

    My pelvic floor therapist suggested a trainer like this. Its helped me rebuild strength after surgery. The counter helps me stay consistent with the doctors orders.

    Toned legs in a month

    Ive used this every other day for a month. My inner thighs look much more toned. Its a small investment for great results at home.

    Goodbye lower back pain

    Strengthening my pelvic floor actually helped with my lower back posture. I feel much more stable during my daily runs now.
